As Universal Media has grown from a small marketing firm in Kuwait, to an international organization with a half-dozen subsidiaries, so has our need for creative marketing strategies. We have fulfilled this need, in part, by consulting with Mr. Penta.
Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Penta on our re-branding initiative for iCity, Kuwait's first authorized Apple Computer Reseller.
Mr. Penta truly understood our company's long-term branding and marketing goals, as well as the unique demands of our clientele across the Middle East. Together, Mr. Penta and I created a brand-awareness campaign, including print and on-line advertisements, promotional events throughout Kuwait, and the redesign of our flagship location. The result was the successful "Grand Re-Opening" of our largest retail location in March, 2010. Since that time, the reputation of iCity has expanded and we have enjoyed a measurable increase in sales. Based on this success, we continue to plan the opening of additional iCity locations in Kuwait and Iraq.
